Tenniselbow / Type II
This consists of three measures
1° Diminish activities that involve repetitive strain on the wrist extensors.
2° Use a "counterforce brace": a 6 to 8 cm wide semi-elastic circular sling that is put on distal to the elbow to spread the traction strength to the extensors. This reduces the traction at the tenoperiosteal insertion of the extensor carpi radialis brevis during the activity.
3° Stretching, before and after sport activities
