Clinical Examination / Only a limited number of hot spots are activated !!

First of all, a preliminary examination will reveal whether the origin of the pain is at the shoulder itself or at another structure of the upper quadrant (between C1 and D2).


Secondly, the basic functional examination defines in which particular structure the lesion is situated.


Finally, an accessory examination may be worked out.
