Ocurrence
A rare cause of lateral elbow pain.

• resisted radial deviation is painless
• resisted ulnar deviation is painful.

Palpation
discloses the exact site of the lesion..

Treatment
consists of one or two local infiltrations with 10 mg triamcinolone.
