Indications

• Traumatic arthritis
• Monoarticulaire "steroid sensitive" arthritis
• Local treatment of generalized (rheumatic) arthritis.

Contra-Indications

• Septic arthritis
• Infection in the neighbouring tissues (skin and bone)
• Bacterial endocarditis
• Bacteraemia
• Active tuberculosis
• Active herpes corneae
• Joint prosthesis
• Serious and uncontrolled clotting disorder
• Allergy to steroid or its vehicle.
