First the pronation movements are trained:
(combination of 3 and 2) Rotate the forearm three to four times quickly from neutral position into
full pronation (endfeel !) and back. During these rotations, the arm is moved gradually from flexion to
nearly full extension.

Then the extension under traction is trained
(combination of 2 and 1). Bring your body weight on the contralateral foot (vertically under the
patients's elbow). Lean backwards and use your body weight to exert traction. Pivot around the foot as you
move the elbow from flexion towards extension. Stop the extension movement
before you reach the degree of limitation .

Combine movements 1 and 2 and perform a full manipulation:
